Mission House Dinners
Each evening, we feed 15-20 people, plus meals that we pack up for others. Kids also come for breakfast & lunch. It costs about $75/week.
Start of the School Year
Uniforms, Shoes, Backpacks & School Fees!! It costs about $100 to outfit a youth for their first year in High School. This year we have outfitted 6 youth for school and have turned away others!
Lunches and Bus Fare
School lunch is inexpensive – about $1.25 US, transportation to school is about the same. So, on average each child could use $2.50/day to get to school. Currently, we help 12 kids get to school.
Missionary Support
As a missionary, we pay our own way to and from Jamaica, and use our own money to get around the island.
Mission House Support
Surprising, but the mission house has regular expenses also – rent, electric, water, telephone.
